Kepuhi Beach Resort is Located on the Island of Molokai on it's Sunny West Side. Situated on the Kepuhi Beach are these condos. Beautiful Ocean Views can be seen from this Ground Floor Corner Unit. No steps into this condo and very close to the parking lot so bringing back all the beach toys and groceries for the day is an easy walk. Owners have enjoyed this condo for over 40 years and picked it for it's location. It's a one bedroom/ one bath condo with small kitchenette that has a an island, cook top, small dishwasher, refrigerator and all your small appliances. Condo comes furnished. Kepuhi Beach has a wonderful unground pool that is up by the ocean and in the winter months, you can watch them surf in front or see the whales breaching in the channel. Summer months are great for snorkeling and some times see dolphins in front. Small Sundry Shop is located at complex by the pool. HOA covers the water, electricity, trash, sewer, grounds and out side maintenance. BBQ in the grassy lawn for cooking up your fresh catch off the rocks in front. About 15 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to the Manulaoa Market and 25 minutes to the main town of Kaunakakai for your needs. These owners never rented their condo but short term rentals are allowed there.
