Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular vacation rental complex as it is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II which is a very beautiful sandy stretch of beach perfect for many different types of ocean recreation. This one-bedroom unit is located on the second floor with its own private lanai off of the living area. There are ceiling fans and a portable room a/c unit to keep it cool. Seller replaced the Refrigerator and installed a new sliding glass door in the shower. The close proximity to shopping and dining right next door is a huge bonus!
