This condo is located in Building 23 of Kepuhi Beach Resort. Building 23 is primo because it's at the end of the walk way and has unobstructed ocean views in front of you. At one time the golf course was in front. Its an end unit so only one condo to the side of you. The view looks out at Kiaka Rock and the pacific ocean, where some days its waters are flat and calm, mainly summer months, and other days high surf with crashing waves over the rock. The condo is very tastefully decorated with a tropical decor. It come all furnished with king bed, sleeper sofa, 2 desks, big flat screen TV, coffee table, large dresser for clothes and nice lanai furniture to eat outside. Floors are all laminated. Kitchen has a stove and fridge and all your small appliances, The bathroom has a separate sink area and there is a tub/shower. Owner put in front a condo a wicker table and 2 chairs that comes in handy to drop stuff on when bringing bags from your car. In the past many races go from Kepuhi Beach to Oahu. If you like to surf, winter months have the swells. Its a short walk from condo to a couple of cool beaches. This owner has never done vacation rentals but this condo would make a nice vacation rental. The HOA includes an ocean front pool, water, electric, sewer, trash, grounds and outside maintenance. Internet, cable and phone is not includes in HOA. Taxes are $795 now and if you did short term rental, taxes would be higher. But EVERY NIGHT you can see the sun set over the pacific ocean. Some times it just the sun setting and other days the array of colors are amazing. Its a great place to Stay!!
