Just Paia side of Twin Falls, well off the highway in the gated neighborhood of Honopou Estates, youll find this very special property which truly feels like Hana – but without the drive! The paved road will lead you back to where the rushing of Honopou Stream fills your ears. Current food crops are Pineapple, Mango, Starfruit, Breadfruit, Banana, Sugar cane, Avocado, Abiu, Taro, Lilikoi, common Guava and Vaivi. As for flowers, youll find Magnolia, Gardenia, Red, Torch, Blue and yellow Ginger, many varieties of Heleconia, including some 20 tall, as well as Night-Blooming Jasmine which fills the air most of the year. The two huge Puakenikeni trees are a favorite for making lei. One can sleep well here with the constant sound of the stream, passing showers and an occasional cow bellowing.
